A couple of sows before sundown

A couple of sows before sundown - 05/25/20 10:05 PM

I got a hunting pass from my spouse last week, and took off for a few days to go after the hogs. My game camera indicated they were coming in well before sundown on a regular basis. I suspect that, with all the piglets in this sounder, they needed a LOT of food on a regular basis. A friend uses this feeder during deer season, and he'd established an archery blind close to it. The wind was favorable, so I set up there. I threw some corn out toward the back area of the feeder so that I'd have maybe a 50-60 yard shot it all went well. It did!

I find the shirt a bit disturbing, but I liked the video.

Seemed like a solid shot on the first hog. Excellent job on tracking down #2.
