Range Finders <$800 - 02/18/24 04:35 PM

I’m looking at the Leica 2400 and the 2800.com. Is the 2800 worth the squeeze and what else would you recommend in that price range. I do not need binoculars.

I have a 2000B and can’t imagine I need anything more. I do recommend Leica.

I purchased a Leica 2400-R just before Thanksgiving this past year (Midway had them on sale for $399, and I couldn't pass up that deal!!).

At the ranges that I typically shoot, I had no need for the smartphone programming of the 2800, especially at that price differential.

I've read that the Maven RF1 is worth a look, but it'd be hard to argue against Leica.

THF hookup is gonna be a net positive, if you are willing to wait and watch. I would keep up the thread because sometimes the THF hookup finds you, when you post a query lol. Good luck.
