Done, but will never happen. Uncle Sam makes too much off the stamps to remove them.

100 % agree the Tax Stamp fee going away has the same probability of income tax be removed.

FIne, leave the tax; lose the repetitive background checks; once cleared, still cleared, crap run a NICS check, that covers every thing on a Form 4!

Bet they could double the revenue from stamp sales if you could walk down to academy and buy a stamp and a can in the same day. Id probably buy one then. Until that point in time I will likely never get one, just too much hassle. But maybe that is their point.
