2014 West Texas Velvet

Here are a couple that I hope continue growing. What do y'all think?

What are you calling West Texas, not looking for specifics.

Scurry County (Snyder). It's not far west, but mostly cotton and rolling mesquite.

Some really good looking deer.

Produces some good bucks in some areas. I always liked Scurry Co because the mesquites are usually a little bigger than what we have around here.. Good luck!

I don't know why the 2 pics were deleted. I'll try and reload them. I killed a 137" gross 8 off this place last year. I hope one of these two grow out well.

I've got 3 bucks that look to be splitting on their right g2 only. All have different types of racks, but only split on that point. The buck I killed last year was also split on his right g2.
Anyone else ever see this pattern?

I'd have to say I'm jealous right now, hope you bag one of those studs this year. Keep us updated and continue to add pics please sir.
