Midland/Odessa deer hunters - 11/05/13 12:44 AM

Hey guys I'm processing a few deer on the side here in midland if anybody is interested. Have lots of products to choose from. Message or call me if y'all are interested. I used to run a processing plant in Ozona a few years ago called TNT wild game processing. I know I met a few THF member while we were there.

Thanks guys

I make brisket/ bacon hb, hb, chili, roasts, boom sticks, link sausage, summer sausage ( of course I can add jalapeņo and cheese ), peppered jerky, bfast sausage, bacon wrapped backstrap, chorizo, and seasoned fajitas

90 if the deer is brought in whole for basic but I would rather y'all quarter them. Price for deer brought in quartered is $60 for basic. When I get back to the house I'll post up my product and price list. My place is on the east side of midland right off of fairground road.

Right off Fairground? You do chorizo? I'm in.

If I bring a deer quartered, how would I drop it off?

Jerky- 7.00 lb wet wt.
Brisket/ bacon burger $2 lb
Bfast sausage hot or mild 3.00 with a 5 lb min
Link sausage $3 lb with 12 lb min (raw)
Smoked summer sausage $4lb 8 lb min( this is cooked 2 lb logs)
Add jalapeņo or cheese .25 lb
Chorizo 2.50 lb with 10 lb min
Seasoned fajitas 3.00 lb
Bacon burger .75 lb
Seasoned roast 2.50 lb
Bacon wrapped back strap .75 each
Boom sticks hot or mild 10.00 lb (cooked )

$60 for basic if deer is brought in quartered I would rather y'all bring them in quartered be cheaper. What's included in this basic fee: deboning, steaks, hb meat with a .10 percent beef fat added(optional), chili meat, vacuum sealed bags to insure product longevity and of course tenderizing

All pm and emails have been responded to. Y'all let me know if I can help y'all out. I'm starting this small but promise you won't be disappointed in the product I turn out. The deer you bring me is the deer you take home. I process them one at a time and do not lump. I also have some samples y'all can try to see if you like it.
Thanks and have a great day !

7 mag ya that what I kept hearing when I moved up here. One of the main reasons I'm doing it. Nothing worse then spending a lot of time hunting and money only to get back your meat that isn't up to par.

TNT was right over near the Hitchin Post wasn't it?

Yes sir it was. We only did it for two years then I moved to midland

I'm pretty sure I have a face with your name, didn't you and your dad bring in two really nice buck to us at TNT at the same time. My summer and link are the same recipe but I have perfected the boom sticks(snack).

I miss hunting around Ozona, y'all kill any good deer down there yet?

Yep, you recall correctly!

Haven't taken anything yet and probably won't until after the rut unless its a record book buck or a necessary cull.

I highly recommend Tyler and his processing skills! It was a very well run business in Ozona and I wish they were still around!
