Best East Texas Deer Lease?? - 12/10/12 06:12 PM
I am looking for a high quality deer lease in Nacogdoches, San Augustine, Shelby, or Sabine Counties. I am looking for something that has big deer, year round use, MLD status, family oriented/friendly and good management practices. Anything under $2,500 is a viable option. I have no issues with high fences either. Please let me know what options are out there.

Brushy creek was really good 4-5 years ago and my buddy got off it not sure how it is now

Devil's Bayou is one of the best in east texas. But its in Cherokee county.

Malibu...it's for sale and have been getting calls on it from land brokers the past cpl months though.

There's Pine Island also, but can't remember if it's classified Houston or Angelina county. You would need to be in the right circle of business owners in Lufkin to get on that one though.
Eason Lake is also right there in that general area.
and Old River Club is right across 94 in Trinity Co.
