We had some big deer befor bow season and have not seen any of them. We got pigs but they come out at night it is crazy as Hell
No big ones this year. Hard to grow them big with all the poachers.

Don't know what happened to all the hogs I only have 2 on camera late @ night. Last several years I had about 3 groups of 15 to 20. They always went nocturnal after i shot 2 or 3 in bow season. not this year. Saw a few Does with yearling button bucks on Nov. 17 & 18 & a 12" 6 pt. he was looking hard for a Doe. haven't been back yet.

We saw a bunch of bucks/does during bow season. The first 2 weeks of gun season were really good on our places with bucks chasing hard.. Since then it has been really slow, just a few doe here and there. I shot a 141 3/8" slick 8 point chasing a doe.

Best luck I had the years I hunted in Forest was around Thanksgiving and thereafter..the older bucks moved and rutted pretty good then..We've had younger bucks and spikes chasing does
in Bandera County since about a wk. before Thanksgiving and my bud in Tarpley says they were yesterday..but here by the Medina
River above the lake it's slowed down..I'm seeing a lot of does
and yearlings, spikes and nubbins and young bucks, and babies that had spots the first of Oct..but no large bucks and I know I
had a good 10 that hangs out around the house..DD
