Stevens Favorite

This is a very nice antique Stevens Favorite rifle originally chambered in .32rimfire. I had it re-chambered to accept 32 S&W and converted to centerfire. I believe it was manufactured before 1900. Overall condition is good, shows some wear but for its age is better than most.

how well did it shoot those .32 S&W cartridges ?

To be honest .32 S&W is pretty pathetic. I make some anemic handloads that will shoot to about 50 yds ok, but thats about it.
Fun to hear it go bang.

it's a Rolling Block rifle, correct?

do you ever happen to get up to DFW area?

I'm thinking Whískey Flats is just south of Benbrook, pretty dang close to DFW. It may say Wheatland on the map.
