Supper Time - 03/04/20 12:07 AM

St. Louis ribs cooked in the Ninja Foodi. Fall off of the bone tender. I'm pretty amazed at what this thing will do.

What rubs or sauces did you use? And did your marinate them? And what's your home address; or is it too late, and you've eaten them all? :-)

I got a Ninja Foodi a couple of months ago. Great for chicken wings and also steaming shrimp. I am definitely going to try your pressure cook then air fry method!

. No marinade but I rubbed them with this prior to the pressure cooking.

After the pressure cooking I gave them a coat of Sweet baby Rays prior to the air frying.
They didn't last long

Did you use the Foodi as a pressure cooker, then an air fryer, or just air fry em?

Re: Supper Time - 03/05/20 09:59 PM

Yes sir I used the Foodi on the pressure cooker setting for 22 minutes then switched to the air fry setting at 390° for 10 minutes.

up We've bought a lot of kitchen gadgets over the years that didn't pan out but this thing is impressive. I air fried tater tots for 10 minutes last night and they came out perfect. I've done roast and a whole chicken and even onion rings and corny dogs. Clean up is easy too.
