My baby girl's buck.

Taken yesterday by my youngest. She's her father's child - she gave him a warning shot under his belly. But, when he came back half an hour later, and after we had a loving conversation about shooting technique, specifically not closing your eyes when you pull the trigger(!), she nailed him. Her second deer. Her first was 14+ years ago. Couldn't be prouder, especially how emotional she got after having taken the life of one of God's beautiful creations and seeing him struggle for a few seconds. We talked and she was fine afterwards. Just over a 100 yard shot with my old Win. pre-'64 .243.
