Little Piggy

I'm new to THF and like what I see so far and just wanted to show y'all a pig from Saturday 5/3/14. We had a fun trip to Circle B Canyon Ranch in San Saba this past weekend. We saw over 22 deer Saturday and around 20 pigs. We tried to get more but we were only blessed enough to get this piggy. The others were well over 300 yards away (we shot but weren't that lucky).

I've done pigs that size in the smoker and grilled. Put a dry rub on it and cook it low and slow

How long and what temp do y'all smoke small whole pigs for? I tried it once and the loins dried out since they were relatively thin compared to the shoulders and the hams. I definitely want to try it again but I want to know if anyone is willing to share any of their 'secrets'
