Couple game camera pics, lavaca county!

Been wondering, where the bucks have been, as i have not been seeing any decent deer at my three feeders, that surround my stand! So i decided to throw out some corn and put my game camera on it. I have never seen these two bucks and i keep my cameras rolling year around. The corn was placed a whopping 80 yards behind my feeder. So, don't get down if the ole game camera hasn't beens showing much!

I also thought they were the same buck, until I noticed the buck with his head down has a tine on each side that is 180 degree bend in them. Almost like a upside down L.

Might be the same buck after looking at his facial marks. Nice deer.

Awesome deer!

I seldom use a feeder cause of that reason. I think the bigger bucks avoid them until the rut only because the does go there. We get a lot of big bucks pics away from the feeders

They are different bucks. The first buck has a small kicker on the right brown and back of the left G2 along with a long base point off the left base. Very nice bucks for that area!

My wife and I are sitting in a pop up blind right now That I snuck In back here Monday. Brushed It up good. Hopefully he will slip up, as the wind Is blowing in our face, perfect for this position. Got to check camera after hunt to get more pics!

Nice bucks

He's been a no show for a couple of hunts. Maybe he will show up this weekend, as we snuck in and made a few shooting lanes in his area. My feeder is 85 yards from my stand, giving a total view of 100 yards, now we haved a view of 225 yards. We snuck in during the pouring rain and made our lanes, in hopes of not disturbing him. Ready for a nice cool opening weekend! good luck everyone. The buck in the second picture has his longest tine on his left side broke off. We usually dont get many deer with broken horns, as they don't fight like they do in most parts of the state.

The rut is on in Lavaca, there's not telling what you might see.
