Went out with bobby grieger (granch) and she shot this Corsican. Smoked him at 25 yards. Thes guys are top notch. We have had the best time.

We have him on the smoker right now. Should be done in about 4 hours. Put a pork loin on too just in case it don't taste good.

Ok just an update. I'm really glad I put a pork loin on. The back strap was awesome. The hind quarters were not very good. I cooked it to perfection. The bones fell out when you grabbed them. They were not aweful but the tenderloin was the tits.
