Lost my blue/red heeler Thanksgiving, he was 12 yrs old. One mean mf'r. He loved my family, but anybody on the other side of the fence was fair game.

My 8.5 year old Milly. Was a stray found on the mean streets of Lubbock.
No formal training. Best bird dog I know.

She sleeps with two eyes open. Her body fat index is less than 1%. She once body slammed a 1000 pound hog. She gets pissed if I don't dump gun powder in her dog food. I once saw her snap a pit bulls neck in half, right before she ripped it's head off. Her thirst for blood makes my house guest afraid. Coyotes don't come near and squirrels leave her a pile of nuts at the door daily. I took her to obedience school, and it cost me 7k in funeral fees. She can work cows and talk to humans. Foxy is the most interesting dog in the world.

This is Buddy, doing what he love best...letting the girls love him to pieces. He was dumped couple miles from the house & we live in the middle of no where. Best dog EVER.



He is the big baby sitter, if its kid or baby chickens...he's got it.


He was also the one that was bit by a big rattler few years ago. Luckily didnt loose his leg but was left with a nasty scar. Right now he is snoring on the futon w/ one of the girls.

I buried my Dog a lil over two Months ago, "Super Maxwell Armstrong" He was a King Charles, weighed only about 7 pounds but damn I loved that dog....he was my best friend through some very tough times.

Fat Head Gus and my wife's dog. This is one of the best I've had. He was the runt of the litter going to the shelter because some lady's dog bit him on the head when she tried to bring him home. But he grew up fast as his dad was great dane and his mom was a black lab.

I am I the only person here with a sight hound? She raced at the track in Corpus Cristi for me too. Sweet girl.

My friend, Lucy--flat coated retriever we got from the Humane Society. She was a purebred who was afraid of loud noises (guns) and the breeder got tired of chasing her down after training, so he just let her go and she got picked up by HS. Pictured here in the Swiss Alps--we took her to Germany where we lived almost 14 years and she made it through 12 of them. Sweetest girl--I still miss her.

Here's my other Heeler...he won't leave my dads shop that's where he likes it. Wise old arse...don't think he will make it through this year, lots and lots of memories with this guy. He always had my back

Spoiled dogs on the porch chair. Marley (black) is 5 and easily the best dog I have ever owned. She lives to please me and is working on training the wife to do the same. Baeley (white) is about 2 and just recently rescued, she will be a great dog.

Great pics Greygooser they have almost identical personalities as GSP and GWP all great dogs.

I'm actually thinking of getting GSP in the next year or so, i think it would be a great companion for Goose. I have to say that my experience of GSP's so far has been that they are a little more highly strung than Goose. Goose is a thinker, likes a mental challenge. The GSP's i've known always seem to be all out energy!

That being said, every dog is different and I think Goose is on the more relaxed side of the Weimaraner breed. Relaxed and stubborn that is.

Our last dog Jenny(solid liver GSP) was the best dog every and on the chill side, she almost made it to 15. Our new dog Hektor GWP is non-stop, but the easiest dog I've ever trained, he is a natural.

Left is zoey and right is camo! Camo scared a full grown man who was moring their yard so bad, that when he saw camo running to say hi, he let the mower go and ran and hopped his fence!
