This snake never rattled at all, it was on the side of the road when we saw it. It went under some brush and Poncho got that limb and comenced to drag it out. After about 4 attempts he got it done. It never rattled not even once.

I bet that's right , Those snakes down in that country are some big headed healthy son of a guns and are capable really throwing a shix fit .
