Last night (7-18-12) I took my 5 year old nephew out for a hog huunt at a friends place near Ennis. We sat in a stand about 20 yards from the feeder. This hog came in about 8pm it weight out at 80 pounds. We had been practicing his shooting. He had also been going with me and my other nephew over the last year. To be honest I don't know who was happier me or him but I know it is something either one of us will forget. On the way out there was a group that ran in front of us so I got out of the truck and got one as well. My nephew was quick to point out his was bigger than mine but that was just iceing on the cake. It was a great afternoon.

Thanks everyone. Someone asked what he was using. A .22 shot to the head and DRT at 20 yards. I had a .243 for the other one. Thanks again.
