Not sure if it is the same buck or not, but would the one on the right, by the tree line be legal? (first pic)

And what about the buck in the back? (second pic)

This is the first time I have ever hunted with antler restrictions, so I am a little worried. He looks like a good buck to me, would be a shooter if I was back home in Ohio.
