Home Built Cabin

We have been building a cabin just my family on my hutning land. It is 12x24 and has a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, big living area, and 2 sleeping lofts. All thats left is to paint it. it has been HOT while building it but is well worth it. cant wait to break it in openeing weekend!

Thanks guys! Here are the inside pics and some of the front of the cabin. So far i have put 3500$ into it but still need to get the ac/heater wich is around 500$. 1st interior pic is standing by the front door looking toward the back were the rooms are. above is the loft. second picture is standing back by the rooms looking to the front right corner(the door is on the front left corner.) We are moving furniture in this weekend!

We just drew it up ourselves kind of based off of those portable cabins. It cost alot cheaper just to build it ourselves.

Are you a carpenter or a builder or something?

We built our own, but its not near as nice as yours. 11'X 22' with a full bathroom.

Can you scan the plans and put them up here for those of us on the forum who might want to take them and either build another or tweek the plans to suit our needs?

Dude, that is AWESOME....forget painting it!! Put some Thompsons in a pump up sprayer and it will be water proof and done in 30 minutes!!!

curious did you ever take pics once it was 100% finished out?

did you put radiant barrier on the roof to keep it cooler in the summer?
