A man was sitting in traffic on a DC freeway.
Suddenly there was a knock on his car window and the man saw a stranger standing outside his door so he rolled down his window to see what he wanted.
The stranger said "There's been a terrorist attack on the Capital Building and the terrorists have taken all of Congress hostage. They are asking for 100 million dollars or they say they'll douse all the congressmen in gas and set them on fire. I'm going car to car and collecting donations."
The driver asked "How much is everyone giving?"
The stranger replied "About a gallon."
