Nice shot... But after gutting it be sure and place a rock on him. I would hate for you to lose your deer as your heading down the road, he may catch wind and blow out of the bed of your truck.

Bulverde deer just don't get that big.

They live on cedar branches and whatever perinnials are planted by the residents that year

But.....it was by far the easiest deer I've ever dragged outta the woods

I do not know what Stx and Txhtr stand for, but that deer was probably an early spring fawn just growing his first set of antlers. He will eat good, but if you are that hard up for deer meat, I will give you some. Why do you want to shoot a "Bambi?" JEM

That deer is 1 1/2 years old.

It's a SMALL deer. Not a fawn
