Just curious, but how could you tell if a tote was usable for potable water for wildlife if there are no tags on it. Do the ones that are non-potable have a different color lid or code somewhere? It seems that there are a lot of 330 and 275 gallon totes on craigslist and there apparently has been a problem with someone in S.A selling totes that had some kind of poisonous liquid in them without disclosing that.
Dave's place has been around for years. They have feeder legs, etc also. Good people to deal with...
Alot of the barrels have had sodawater syrup in 'em (Dr. Pepper, Coke, etc) and are very clean, but not sure I'd want to store potable water in 'em, especially the white ones.
