Ok, I think we do this on a yearly basis, so here we go. Keep it going as you get your lease. Where will you be hunting this year. No specifics to towns, just counties.
Here is mine ........Pecos County........next
Dickens, Kent, and Stonewall Counties.

OK? You are going to Mobilehoma to shoot deer? You know they don't have teeth right!!

Re: Where you at??? - 08/21/07 02:47 AM
Yeah Mobilehoma. My dad's inlaws live in Lawton and I am going to try it out. Might even go to my mom's in Ft. Gibson. She says they have deer in their back yard.

Wes, I've been through Lawton many, many times and there are alot of BIG deer in that area!
Also, Ft. Sill(army base) is in Lawton and they have a huge herd of elk...too bad civilians can't hunt it.

Re: Where you at??? - 08/27/07 12:43 PM
Ah, you are correct sir (didn't want to rub anybody the wrong way for the offer) - I really hope to get out to LSTO again this year. What do you know about the ranch near there owned by Jackie Childs? I may have a chance to get out there in Dec. for free, but it sounds too good to be true.....
Posted By: 7mag
Re: Where you at??? - 08/27/07 01:20 PM
Hope to see ya out at LSTO. Childs????hmmmmmmmmm I knew of a few Childs from way back, not sure if it is the same people. Brent childs in paticular, he was about my age. If it's anywhere around our area, it should be good. I believe there is also a Childs corporation, that does backhoeing, heavy equipment type work. Same people maybe??? You and Ace definately need to make it out here. Spoke with Ace about 2 weeks ago, said he was still interested in coming back.
