Laser Sight for Hogs?

Laser Sight for Hogs? - 06/14/10 09:47 PM

I did a search to see if anyone has posted this up before so flame me if you will, I tried. I know TxP&W say no-go on laser sight for game animal, but what about hogs? Hogs are not a "game animal" and I did not find anything specific to lasers for hog. I work in IT for a living and was hoping to try a late night laser hunt to add a whole new meaning to "point and click!" rifle

Lasers and night vision scopes are A-OK for hog hunting. I know a bunch of guy's that use them. Go for it!

Sweet! I am going to try this rig on my 870

http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/fm-optics-shotgun-laser.aspx?a=519308

And this setup on my Blackhawk 44

Scope Mount:

Laser:

All low budget I know, but all my shots will be up close and personal inside 50 yds down on the creekbed on my property.

I have a green laser on my AR....point and clicked last weekend.

.223 full metal jacket worked pretty well....bout 60 yards as the piglet was trying to get away
