Dang! Lost a cousin today

Her name was Susan, and I guess she was in her early 50’s and lean and in shape. A friend of my wife, though a cousin of mine. She was good looking and a real athlete, always doing triathlons and marathons. She did a marathon this past Sunday, and showed us the route on a FB post. She also mentioned where she was having supper to load up on carbs. She died today.

You never know when it’s your time. Enjoy every day. Hug your kids.

She was just so darn healthy and in shape. An autopsy is scheduled. All I’ve heard so far is that she died of natural causes, which doesn’t tell us much.

It has us older folks shook up.
