What's your late night snack?

Mine has been all natural popcorn, actually losing weight. Most of the time I substitute it for dinner.

Only liquids after dinner. Current snack.

My man! I love milk in a frozen mug but try this if you want take it to the next level. Buy Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla or Dutch Chocolate ice cream. Put the ice cream in a frozen mug and pour the milk over the top. Ice cream and milk need to be super cold and it will form a shell. I like to use Promise Land Dairy chocolate milk.

I'm lactose intolerant, but this sounds like it would be worth it. That much dairy would do me in.

Does Lactaid work for you? Does wonders for me. Just a sip of milk used to cause a volcanic eruption for me but with Lactaid, I can probably drink a gallon, well not really.
