Many have been brainwashed. I see them everywhere, mainly cloth masks which honestly do not work.

I was in canton. Didn’t see any, but wasn’t looking.
The donut store with the drive thru, usually has a hot chic working the window.

It is amazing how many people still wear mask. I had to wear one for an emergency room visit, I had to ask for one as I do not have any.

Sorry TV, I zapped my "Abbott is making them wear masks?" post.
I felt that it needed more and was going to add on.
Oklahomans seem to have a lot better attitude toward being mandated for anything. I have talked with a few recently (that seemed to lean a little democratish). They are not up for being told what to do.

The illicit media has them literally scared to death.

And that’s their only news source.

Re: Masks in Canton Tyler area - 11/12/21 12:13 AM

We’ve been in Canton for awhile. Have not seen many masks except for a few elderly or people with obvious health issues.
Posted By: GusWayne

Re: Masks in Canton Tyler area - 11/12/21 12:18 AM

I see it regularly here in NTX

If I took the elderly out of this

The bulk of the rest would be obese mouth breather types

I can’t make this up

Odd you say that. I only see it in food service and the elderly.

Re: Masks in Canton Tyler area - 11/12/21 11:15 AM

Saw a young healthy girl jogging in a park alone wearing one yesterday in Kerrville. I always try to look on the bright side.... it’s good when there’s a high % of idiots with resources. No excuse not to be wealthy.

Re: Masks in Canton Tyler area - 11/12/21 11:23 AM

Do you guys think maks dictate how someone votes/leans? Its complex I know...

Re: Masks in Canton Tyler area - 11/12/21 12:11 PM

I think mask on healthy people under a certain age definitely suggest their voting habits to me. I know several elderly republicans who wear a mask though.

Then some people are just sheep. Not politically motivated, they just do what they’re told.

I've seen people walking and jogging while wearing masks and my first thought was they were complete morons. Then I remembered all of the people who discovered their allergies got much better when they were forced to wear a mask during the height of the panicdemic. That made me wonder if something like that may be the reason they were wearing masks. Maybe the mask is what allows them to do what they enjoy without getting sick afterward.
The bottom line for me is if anyone wants to wear a mask, that's none of my business. The minute they start pushing me on the issue, it is my business. As long as they wear their mask and leave me alone, I'm good.

Exactly, I know a lot of people that have allergies and have started wearing them occasionally when the are outside and their cars have turned green from all the pollen. My lawn guys have been wearing bandanas and other types of masks for years when the oaks drop all their pollen and they are working all day in a green fog. I don't see them and think they are idiots, I see them and think there is no way I could do that 7 days a week and not end up in bed with a sinus infection.

Stopped in to Home Depot at 530pm just North of DFW airport. No joke..80% of customers and several kids under the rear age of 10 were wearing masks. All ages. Felt like I was in Dallas county. I don't remember this many masks a few months ago.

I was looking at a site next to an elementary school today. The kids outside were running a lap around the track for PE. They were spaced 50ft-100ft apart as they made their jog around the soccer field. All were wearing a mask.
