In 2011, silver hit nearly $50.
If we get there, then it will get interesting.

Different strokes for different folks. Gold is to trendy for me. You still have to trade it for cash.

Gold works just like cash for some folks.

As the Lone Ranger said.... “Hi-Yo Silver.........Away”

Silver was the number one Assets Class for July, by a large amount.

Gold to $3,000 according to BOA.

Maybe governments will stop printing and then it will go down, not going to happen.

If you have gold and you bought it cheap. Sell it. I screwed up and kept my silver I bought many moons ago and it is still not there where I can make a profit.

Depending on quantity and form (bars, Eagles, junk, I have been very pleased with Texas Precious metals and Gainesville Coins. You can check their prices for buying online.
They can also arrange shipment and insurance

I got out of all the gold I had last Friday. Sell when it high.

Re: G O L D - 08/12/20 02:45 AM

It's taking a bigger hit tonight. My guess is that metals investors are thinking Biden/Harris don't have a chance. Biden and Harris would have driven debts higher and faster than Trump, and therefore be positive for metals.

That is a great question, there is one reputable buyer in Dallas that my FIL uses. He only collects pre 1962 silver coins, some of which are worth more than the actual going price of silver in the market. I can't recall the buyers name but can find out if you are interested. Silver has more uses in industry than gold and due to it's lighter weight can be stored and used as a bartering currency.
