Clay Shoot was a huge success - Thanks THF!!

My charity clay shoot yesterday was huge success, and in big part credit goes out to all the THF folks that participated. Chris Starks (P_102) hadn't touched a shotgun in a year and still managed to post high score of all the THF shooters, just edging out Judd. Good times were had despite the COVID problems and delays, and a bunch of money was raised to help scholarship kids into our therapeutic riding programs. I know he doesn't want me to, but I have to call out Ramsey for his enormous generosity. I hope that fire pit brings you years and years and years of enjoyment bud!!

It was a great time with great people, definitely worth the drive. Was also my first time shooting a course like that. Had a blast! Wish there was a place like that closer to me.

Mark your calendar for April 24th next year! I strongly encourage those that didn’t make it this year to put it on your calendar for next year. Great people, awesome course, and wonderful deserving cause. Last year my wife and daughter-in-law shot and both had a blast. Neither had shot skeet before or even shot a shotgun much before. Bring your kids, wives, brothers, sisters, parents, girlfriends, nieces, nephews friends or neighbors!!!

Me and my boys had a blast shooting old shotguns. If anyone has or comes across a good shooter pre-1950 shotgun I’d be interested in buying it for a reasonable price. Looking for shooters, not safe queens.
