1st time @ 5 Stand Shootin

We are headed to a friends tomorrow for some 5 stand shootin /instruction & cookout near Temple ,Tx

It will be our 1st time and we will also have the new Hatcam for some video

We need all the practice we can get before dove season , trust me

The first time I did 5 stand here in Houston, it totally ruined my self-esteem. HARDEST GAME EVER! I went to range after work a day before a sporting clays tournament and 5 stnad was the only thing that was open. So I figured why not? I shink I shot a 4 and 6 out of 25. But it was fun and my friend and I still laugh about that outting. Just for reference I ended up shooting at 68 or 69 at sporting clays the next day so I'm not a terrible shot.

Found out we were leading to much and then shot better after that , looking forward to doing it again

I shot 5 stand today, shot 2 rounds. Shot a 21 and a 17, that’s my best shooting on 5 stand. I have not shot in about a month as well. The trick for me is to try and miss in front. Oh and not think too much.

Well I went to a new range and shot, i mean missed, a bunch of trap.

On a positive note my vodka gun ate everything I fed it, and today, it ate a lot.
