Found an Elk Tenderloin in the Freezer - 10/22/23 01:32 AM
How the heck does that happen? Perfectly wrapped and labeled, but it just fell behind some other packages. Oiled with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Rolled it across the 450 degree grill, for 1 1/2 minutes on each of 4 sides. Peppercorn Merlot reduction, baked tater with butter-bacon-blue cheese, and a piece of fresh broccoli. Yummy!!!
