Started doing some shopping at Winco. First time I have seen that on a flour sack.

Place reminds me of Sac n Save. I go there just to bag my own groceries in paper bags.

Thanks: I saw the 21 B and wondered if that could be the expiration but had no clue how long the shelf life would be for that. I guess the B stands for Before?
