Need more info! What was wrong? Looks a little lean or maybe not cooked long enough. You got a nice bark. How long did you cook it, what temp?

Thanks guys. Just got this smoker about a month ago so I've slowly been working it in with chicken, ribs etc. The brisket was a little lean, which is my fault, let the wife get one while she was at costco, other that that it was spot on. Put it on at 5am, foil at 11:30 and resting just after 2pm. Pit stayed at 250ish the whole time, brisket was at 199 when I pulled it off.
