Brown Sugar Thick Bacon..

Take a lb of thick peppered bacon..put a thin coat of olive oil on it..coat it with brown sugar..
soak some bambo skewer's in water..insert skewer's into the bacon..place in oven or grill
untill bacon is crispy..candy bacon on a stick..enjoy!!!

Or try maple syrup as well.
