Fresh Venison

Son killed a deer let it stay on ice for 4 days deboned and made 16 lbs of summer sausage .Took the rest and tenderized the rest and made cutlets.If you aint got an electric tenderizer get one they are worth the money.It looked so good just fried me up a batch just melts in your mouth.New on the hunting forum usally on the crappie forum .I mostly hunt hogs with dogs down here in Freestone Co its 90miles south of Dallas and 125 north of Houston off I45. Went yesterday morning and in 1 1/2hrs had 6 tied down right in the city limits of Teague. We got hogs .Darrell

Ralph's spices makes large jars of meat tenderizer. I know our stores (Diamond/Metro) sells it, and so does Town Talk on Beach in Ft Worth.
