"select" or "washed and graded" wont be out for a few more weeks...I buy from a seafood supplier through my catering company, but for last minute needs I use Bayou Bros or Boys in Lewisville...always dependable and order more for the wends...

I usually get mine from TJ's Seafood in north Dallas. They've always been great, but Cajun Crawfish Company is good as well. I usually go with whichever of the 2 is less expensive (that's usually TJ's, though)

I buy them from H mart in carrolton its a Koren store great fish and they sell BLUE CRAB Big ones

Been using cajun crawfish co. for the last 3 or 4 years. Thought I'd be cheap one year and went to fiesta...big mistake, they were so small it wasn't even worth eatin. If you're doin crawfish...do it right.
