Where to buy pigeons?

Where do you guys buy your pegions from? I am looking to get some for my 7 month old puppy.

Craigslist might have some
racing breeders
dog trainers
trap them and get them for free

Might have more luck if you put your location.

CCbirddogman had some he was giving away not long ago. Might ask him.

I sold all I wanted to get rid of. (actually I sold four & am selling six more Saturday) That put's me back down to 15 in my coop. After I get my storage building built, I'm going to triple the size of my coop so I will have more to sell next season.

We have some in Abilene and travel to the metroplex and/ or half way to the metroplex often. $6 a piece and we have 20 that we can sell.

Man, I sure could use 1 or 2....I have a litter of pups that I need to put a pigeon on.
