Rockwall Retriever Club Meeting ***SATURDAY, FEB 2***

Rockwall Retriever Club will be holding a meeting this Saturday to discuss our upcoming AKC Field Trial and possibly putting on a AKC Hunt Test later this spring.

We invite anyone who has an interest in being part of the club, particularly those who have an interest in helping us put on a HT. We are not a big club, and would like to expand our ranks. The core of our group are FT oriented, though we have several members who are interested in HT's as well.

I cant make the meeting but do have 1500 acres in McClendom Chism that has 25 pieces of water on. We have had hunt tests there before and it wouldnt be a problem to have a test are trial there. You can reach me at 903 268 2035, but im none of the above mentioned.

Help with hunt test also...ive chaired quite a few in the last few years.

We will have to decide pretty soon whether we want to try and put on a HT. probably would have to be the last weekend in April or 1st weekend n May.

The Field Trial will be held the weekend of March 22nd at the Baker Ranch. Details are up on Entry Express.

If anyone would like to come out and shoot flyers, we are pretty confident we can put you on some birds.

Eddie will be running a HT, but we have Gary committed. And Barbara Young's husband is a very good shooter. So we have two anchor shooters but need a couple of more to put with them.

When is the next meeting? I would be interested in attending.

I would also be very interested in information on the club and joining.
