Spread the word to other fora please. If y'all will help. I do not have good service and this is the only site I'm a member of.

I took the girl to the vet. She is staying there overnight and they are going to look her over. If she is healthy I will have her get a round of shots.
Would anyone be interested in taking her in if I do not find the owner? I would but I I just got a puppy and things are hectic as it is. She seems to have a really sweet disposition and has been on a leash before and I bet has hunted before.

Just let me know. Thanks!

Here's a picture. The vet that i took her to said that when they let her out into the exercise pin she went into a point looking at something in the pin.

I brought the little girl home from the gainesville vet today . She would make a great dog for a family that she could be the only dog. poor girl comes here and my 3 month old viszla pup pesters the heck out of her. when i get back from out of town i will get her on some birds and see how she does.

Its normal for the pups to pester the older dogs. Some dogs put up with it and some don't. My dogs will let a puppy almost draw blood before they make them stop.

There is a EP breeder in gainsville i believe, might contact them and see if one of there dogs have been lost (that they know of)

I called him. He said it was not one of his. I have called everyone the i can think of, guides, friends, both shelters/vets and have her on craigslist. I am out of town til' sat so i boarded her, the asst. Mgr at the boarding place is interested so we shall see. I will take care of her as long as it takes. Just happy to give her a second chance.

I have a friend who guides and trains, he may be interested. Do you know the dog's appx. age? I understand it's a guess.

i picked her up today from being boarded. i thought the lady the facility was going to keep her but her husband did not want an inside dog. she is getting more attached to me and this is not going well with the puppy or my boxer. i need to find her a good home. please help. i do not know if she will hunt but she could make a dog. ill try to take her to go hunt some time this week when i go train coop.

1. Do you think she needs to be an inside dog?
2. Any idea how she is around kids?
3. What about with other dogs?

1. She is def an inside dog. She has no problem being in the kennel at night or any other time. she is really easy going.

2. She is great with kids. that is my 5 year old nephew in the picture they were great together.

3. To be safe, other dogs are ok as long there is only 1 that is adult and that is male. although i do have a female boxer and they seem to be fine. i think they are buddies. but dominant struggles are always an issues with two females that are the same age that want attention.

what are your plans for her?
