Additional Rules for Land & Leases Forum - 01/30/18 02:40 AM
1. Hunting related leases and land postings only. The Land & Leases forum is for "hunting" related land and leases only. Realtors or any type of land broker, please list ranches for sale in the general classifieds of the trading post. As such the trading post rules will also need to be followed with these listings.
2. No more than 2 threads per poster. If you have more than 2 leases you want to post, please consolidate them on one thread.
3. 1 bump rule. Please do not bump one of your threads more than once a day.
4. If you feel an item is priced too high, do not comment about it. If it is too high, chances are it won't sell and will be lowered or removed. We enforce this rule to avoid arguments. If you feel an item is priced too high, PM or post the seller an offer. If you have no interest in an item, there is no need to make negative comments.
When possible, please include in your titles, For Lease:, Wanted:, etc. to make it easier for those searching in the Land & Leases forum.
