Lease is 19,000 acres and has 13 members located in Throckmorton county. We are looking for two members. Should have 15-25 covey rises per day off of machines. Rancher allows you to ride anywhere on or off road as long as we are respectful. Most of us are field trial guys and have the lease to get our dogs great wild bird exposure. Not trying to kill every bird that you see. Bag limit for lease is one legal limit per member per day. 2 guests permitted but they must shoot off of your bag limit. NO COMMERCIAL HUNTS allowed. Terrain varies from up and down hills and draws to flat areas to hunt. Pretty thick Mesquite but you can follow your dogs relatively easy on most of the ranch. Yes, there is cactus. Some areas very thick others not bad at all. I hunted my dogs on all of it with no issues. Property has a 3 bed 1 bath single wide that is "rustic". We will be collecting 200.00 from each member this year to furnish it. Price per member is 2300.00 plus 200.00 for the camper this year.... Season begins Jan 3rd- ends at end of Feb.
