This is a year round hunting lease, family & guest are allowed but hunt off your allotted bag limit. (1) Trophy buck, (8) points or better at least 3 years of age (1) Cull Deer (2) Does, Hogs & Turkey. (No Quail Hunting) This property is very thick with (9) Tanks on it. electricity but no water. half the money is do now and the other half is due by August, 15 2015. Im not a lease agent, Ill be hunting as well. need 3 members.

Is this the Spade Ranch? Wagon Creek pasture I think? If so I heard it was taken over a few years ago by a new ranch manager and is much better hunting now.

One of the best leases I've ever hunted was in Throckmorton County.
We had the place for ten years and only left because the price had
doubled in ten years. It was an Everett bros property, one of many
them boys had. We had great deer, great dove, good hogs, world class
turkey hunting, good duck, and three stock tanks one of which had
10+ lb bass in it. Just north of Breckenridge about fifteen miles.
Same deal in regard to quail though. They were off limits.

I should add that the last four years were a horrible drought and
a lot of deer died off. The last year which was ten or so years ago,
I saw only three deer, all had their ribs showing, all three tanks
dried up. A year or so after we left, it looked like that country
had good rains nearly every year.

We need 2 members now, this is a great place and great people.

There are some bad guys out there in Throck that do bad deals, I hear. Don't know anything about this lease, just putting it out there. I hunt out there too, but on a smaller place. This place sounds better than mine, maybe I'm just envious.
