30,000 Acre Bird Lease

We have about 30,000 total acres leased in Yoakum and Cochran county for mule deer. We are looking to add some hunters that are bird hunters only to the lease. We only have 4 deer hunters that hunt the short mule deer season and an occasional coyote hunter. No current bird hunters of any kind. All types of birds from Blues, Bobwhites, Sandhill, geese, pheasant, and dove are on the ranches. Would anybody be interested in a bird only lease spot? It is a mix of sand hills, scrub oak hills, flats, and crops. It is really a pretty even mix. Would prefer 5 guys or less to make sure everybody can bring a guest when they want and have plenty of room to hunt. Send me a PM if interested or email to justin7-11@live.com

Would it be ok to hunt them birds with a 30-06 and shoot a mulie if one popped up ?
