Looking for All Season Lease in Gordon/Strawn Area

Looking for All Season Lease in Gordon/Strawn Area - 10/02/13 01:57 AM

Looking for an annual All-Season Lease in southern Palo Pinto County, eastern Eastland County or northern Erath County. (Gordon/Strawn area). I don't care if it has trophy deer, etc. I am looking for a place to take my son for some small game hunting, hogs, maybe one deer per year for meat and ride ATV's, etc. I'd prefer 75 to 200 acres. Let me know what you have and the costs/rules/etc. Thanks!

Tough area to find a place. Close to the metromess, good quality critters. I've been looking for a place for a few THF members and it just ain't happening.

I talked to a realtor that had 500 acres and 1500 acres for lease. $3000 gun and you get to hunt this year and next season since its late this year. Think he wanted 6 guns on the 500 acres and 14 on 1500.

Packing them in like sardines, It must be a realtor thing...I am more along the lines of 5 on 2500, personally.

Getting to be more common all the time and not just the realtors.

I would be interested in the details of your Parker County properties. I have been considering a second lease closer to home to take my kids. Short trips close to home would be much easier to fit into the busy schedules of my 9-12 year old girls.
