leasing the land out for duck, goose, and hogs. Three ponds on property with access to Brazos river. Smallest pond is just over a half acre. and largest is 3.8 acres big. Plenty of ducks and geese in late January and February. 617 acres in all with a camp house with electricity. Lease runs thought march not year round. Up to 5 people preferably a group of buddies or something. Asking 5000.
