The pond is around 15 ft deep at the dam and it run off feed.It is the best water source in the area, and it hasnt ever gone dry. A few years ago the lowest it got and it was still around 1 acre after being 5+ feet low. The other ponds around drier up and the hogs were all over my place because of the pond. We saw a boar 4 sows and a dozen piglets there that year when we pulled up to fish.

I dont have enough time to go out there much, with kids football, BB, school, boat, six flags,etc. If it was 30 minutes closer to me I would be out there more. I havent been out there but a couple of times since my wife passed away a few years ago.

I don't deer hunt, so there aren't any pics lol. So, it hasn't even been hunted the last several years for deer. I have found antler sheds out there.

Nope, I leave two little boats out there and never been messed with. You can't see much from thd road and if you didn't know there was a pond there you wouldn't have a clue.

I have had several people wanting to lease this from me in the last week. It is a nice little tax shelter as well.

Not in a flood plane. The mobile home is the weekenders place that's in nice shape . Restrictions are no chicken or pig farms andust be kept clean. I will check later to see what else. Not much if I remember correctly.

It's a freakin meat hole. Fatty forgot to mention that I got first dibs on leasing to hunt from the new owner. It's in the contract.

Yeah Streater can probably answer most of the questions y'all have. He has been going out there since I bought it several years ago.

At one point, there was discussion about a Power generating plant being interested in the area. Do you know if the plans were defeated or how close it would be?

I did a google search and last I could find was that in 2010 they were not going to build the power plant because it was voted down.
