I have 200 acres in Hill County, near Hillsboro. Looking for 2/3 guns for deer season 2013.

What are you asking per acre and is there any exotics on place and do you have camp?

I'm not sure what the going price is for Deer leases. I thought the forum could fill me in on that.
There is a camp, with water but no electricty.
There are no exotics.
The place has both open pastures and denser wooded areas of cedar and hackberry and mesquite.
There are five tanks on the property. the place is bordered by a seasonal creek.

That's only $12 per acre. I don't think that's too high if it's a decent place.

Just deer season. Feeders can be refilled, cameras checked, and stands upkept in the off season.
Written contract.
Cabin can be used.

Should be pretty good hunting if anywhere close to Lake Whitney. Seen lots of deer around Nolan River State Park and Kimble Bend area years past!!
