South Texas Deer Lease

Looking for a hunting lease for next year, in willacy or kenedy county.
I know it won't be cheap, but ever since I went on a guided trip over there, I've always wanted to go back.
Want an annual lease Corporate style
Could be either a gun joining an existing lease or if one becomes available I would be interested in leasing the entire ranch.

Found one but it's $35,000 for a single membership, Too much I think,
looking for something in the $15,000 range.

check the chittam ranch ran by Brett Holden or the Junco, Been a while since I have hunted either and hear the Junco is not as good as it use to be but it was great 6-7 years ago with a great chance to break 200" mark and alot of 160-180" deer full of game.

but i still prefer the King Ranch area.

Did you look at the El Sauz, fin and feather camp?

I did look at horn fin and feather online, thats exactly what im looking for, its $23,000 a gun, if i dont find anything cheaper i might give them a call to see if anythings available.

I think they have different packages at different prices levels. You can always sell a few nilgai hunts to bring your overall lease payment down alittle. If your a die hard saltwater fisherman thats a great deer lease.

Had a friend of the family on fin and feather untill they leased the division they have now of the King and they loved it and killed some stud WT and Nilgia out there at FnF in the few years they were on it. They decided they needed more room and bigger alotments of animals for customers etc is the only reason they left.

Have a buddy that leases part of the King Ranch to take clients to. They pay $200k per year.

Very pricey piece of Texas to hunt.
