410ac for lease coleman area - 01/16/12 12:03 AM
410ac south of Coleman. About 70 to 75ac in cultivation. Mainly milo, winter, wheat, & or sunflowers. Four ponds and three that are seasonal. I have been feeding protien for 4yrs.
The hunt was awful this yr, the electric company has been putting in power lines adjacent to the 410ac. They have been making alot of noie I.E. air comps, welders, impacts, big trucks, cranes, you name it they have been doing it. Deer turkey, & good dove hunting. The best turkey huntin is in the spring. will be required to feed protien yr round. I have a protien feeder on site. I'm looking for 2 guns at 1500.00 a gun.
That will be 1 buck per gun with 2 doe & cull deer. Also I have waster & elect the camp site will be on adjacent 205ac. I will be showing up coming weekend. PM e your #### if interested.
