Anybody know of any possible leases around seymour/benjamin area for 1 guy or join an existing group?
I'll let you know if I come across anything. I'm looking in those areas as well

you can call Scott Brewer - 972-740-6290. He has a pasture on the Spike Box Ranch just west of Benjamin. About 9,000 acres. I used to be on it but did not have the time.
Scott's place has some phenomenal deer on it. It is very well managed. However, it's is pricey!

If you guys find something in that area please let me know, I'm looking for a family lease for me and my wife but she will just hunt off my tags from time to time.
