Southern Oklahoma Deer Lease

Southern Oklahoma Deer Lease - 04/18/11 07:05 PM

I have a farm for lease in Cotton County Oklahoma. The farm is 480 acres with wheat fields, running creek and thick brush. Last years hunters harvested a mid 150's ten. I will post pictures when photbucket resloves their tech difficulty.
Last years hunters are stepping away after having a child with closer land to hunt. I can give you their contact information for a reference.

Lease is year round and has plenty of game.

Whitetail, great spring turkey, dove, quail and hogs.
Up to 3 hunters $2,900 for the whole farm. I will be able to show the farm in a couple ofweeks. It is located about 120 miles from DFW.

PM or Call Justin @ 940-632-9307

What type and expense are the licensing requirements in Okla. if a resident of Texas? Also, what type of improvements or facilities do you have there? Do you feed year 'round or what are the details? Lots of interest and thank you.

License this hunting season will be $285 and that will come with 4 tags , but now the bad part. If you bow, rifle, and muzzle loader hunt you have to buy 3 different licenses with only a combo of 4 tags between the 3. The rifle and muzzle loader seasons are only about 2 to 3 weeks long and bow season running from Oct 1st to the second weekend in Jan( I am not real sure on the closing date but it is close to that).

Guys, will be trying to show the Farm to some of you that have intrest. The tags can be high but you have the chance to harvest a great deer and hunt an abundence of game year round.

Here are a few pics of a great deer harvested off this place last year.

The land has a running creek, 2 tanks & 3 winter wheat fields. There is also some extremely thick cover that is used as a sancutary. I have not been feeding year-round. I am looking for a group of 2-3 hunters to take and make place their own. I DO NOT HUNT THIS LAND! I am looking for a group looking for longterm without endless lease rules.

Call with questions. 940-632-9307

Thanks!

Justin

Thanks for the heads up, and the verbal agreemant we had! A man is only as good as his word!

I drive 7 hours round trip and spend $150 in gas money, and when I get to location agreed to meet at, I get told, "I have already leased the place, sorry". What a class act! Good Luck to you Justin Jones!

I somehow deleted your phone number from my voicemail. I had some guys that came up today and paid for the lease in full. I let them know that I was showing it on Sunday. These guys live close by and asked if I could show it this afternoon and bringing full payment in cash.

I wanted to give you a jingle and let you know but can not locate your phone number. I'm sorry that things did not workout and appriciate your intrest.

Feel free to give me a call if you hav any questions.

Thanks again for your time and it was a pleasure talking with you.
